• You Don’t Have to Have It All Figured Out (Seriously, Who Does?)

  Let’s be honest.
  Some mornings, we wake up ready to journal, do yoga, manifest abundance, drink lemon water, and realign our chakras before 9 AM.
  Other mornings, we open one eye, scroll Instagram, eat a stale biscuit we found on the nightstand, and ask the Universe, “So what now?”

  Both versions of you are valid. Holy, even.

  Life isn’t a Pinterest board of perfect routines and divine alignments. It’s messy. It’s sacred. It’s forgetting your affirmations and then whispering them like an apology at 4 PM. It’s crying during a meditation, laughing during a breakdown, and wondering if Mercury is retrograde or if you’re just hungry.

  Let me remind you:
  🩷 You are not behind.
  🩷 You are not broken.
  🩷 You are becoming.

  Your healing doesn’t need a deadline. Your peace doesn’t need to be productive. Sometimes, the most spiritual thing you can do is cancel plans, light a candle, and stare at your ceiling with deep existential confusion. That counts too. I promise.

  Sacred Self Notes was born out of stillness and chaos. It’s a quiet corner of the internet where overthinking minds, tired hearts, and restless souls are all welcome. A space I’ve created not just to share but to heal, express, and reflect.

  For years, I’ve wrestled with my own mind: anxiety, expectations, identity, self-worth, and the unending desire to feel “whole.” I’ve felt lost in my thoughts, yet somehow, always found a flicker of light – sometimes in a Shiva chant, a moonlit sky, a journal entry, or simply a deep breath.

  This blog is a collection of those flickers.
